Knit-weaving fabric cutting & Roll inspection machine

     This machine is used for the cutting , inspection and rewinding of weft basefabrics. Meanwhile, it can also be used for the inspection and rewinding of other fabdcs.

1.The housing adopts a welded steel plate structure, comprisingthe housing and horizontal brackets connected on board. Thetransmission pads are located in the housing, ensudng compactstructure and safe operations, resulting in a simple and pleasantoutlook.2.The adjustment of tension is carried out by double frequencyconversion control,ensuring wide scope and even esion, ideal forthe inspection and rewinding of knitting fabrics.3.Photoelectric trimming is adopted and its accuracy is adiustable.4.Compressed air is used for blowing the edge of fabdcs,preventing the curled edge of the fabrics.5.Photoelectric edge detection is adopted.A micro motor is used todrive the blowpipe to follow the edges.6.Light case and light box are adopted, providing adequate light.Ablack lightless table ideally elevates the inspection efficiency.7.Self-driven unwinding and winding devices are adopted.8.Single motor circular knives are used to cut the fabrics by meansof tripod whose spreading angle is adjustable.9.Length measurement of the fabrics is displayed by means ofmechanical gauges.
